Red Robin Burger Spirits in Littleton

Went Sat. afternoon, staff very helpful. Just wanted a salad, grilled chicken. Plenty of chicken with the greens, etc. Friends had burgers, looked good, as did the fries.

Great service. Great food. Manager was out walking around very friendly. Must try the fried donuts with caramel and chocolate and a side of icecream

Did curb side pick up today 8/13/2020. No condiments, no utensils, no napkins. Nothing. I always loved their fish, but today's order of fish was not white and flaky but the fish was yellow in color and had a weird taste. Looks like no more Red Robin...high priced and the food has gone down.

The same delicious burgers and fries (with the delicious seasoning) as every other Red Robin. Very friendly employees who are more than happy to help and are quite patient. Plenty of seating in the waiting area for those busy nights including a cute children's area. The parking lot is large and everything is accessible to those with disabilities.

Its hard because I can't rest the fries. They ate cooked in soybean vegetable oil. I was sick after eating there but v we wanted to celebrate my hubby's birthday.

Terrible service! With door dash made us wait to bring till other orders were ready! Extremely rude and unelectable! Dont waste your time ordering threw doordash because they have your food cold and late! The poor guy ordered one cheese burger and is waiting for one burger! They just brought out 5 other people's orders and in fact they said they would bring it out with everyone else. I still see no order!

Food is always good and they do have some of the best hamburgers in the biz...... I love the Kamikaze burger!!! I have tried others and never had one as good as Red Robins! Service is average to above average even when they are busy. The burgers are why we go!

Kids were hungry for burgers so that's what they got! Service was great and the new Nashville Hot sauce has a heavy chili powder kick. I prefer the sweetness of the whiskey river BBQ, but they tasted pretty good mixed together. Yummmm!

Compared to other Red Robin locations, this one is substandard. As of my last visit in March, 2020, it seemed this location is (under)staffed with inexperienced servers and poor cooks in the kitchen. Did two people, there were two errors on drinks, and two on food. That is an error rate of 100%. When my Royal Red Robin burger arrived, the egg was completely overcooked leaving it crunchy and rubbery instead of fresh and runny. Management starred that they no longer had the right equipment to cook the eggs as they are introducing pizzas to their menus in April. The three-star rating is there because management did manage to correct the drink orders and brought a better (though still crunchy) egg after pointing out the problem. Still, Red Robin is one of my favorite restaurant chains. The Bear Valley location is just better at this time.

Good burgers and fries. Also free fry cups for drivers is a bonus (it's just nice for the people who do their deliveries and as an added bonus, probably cuts down on drivers taking the "fry tax" [which I don't do, but I hear is pretty common from discussions online online])

We have always had great service and we have been visiting this location for years. One of my daughters has severe allergies and they are very accommodating and aware of practices to stay safe for us. Today we went for our baby's first birthday and had a rather large group. The service was yet again phenomenal and attentive. Everything came out perfectly prepared and delicious. They must be doing their training and hiring right because every host/hostess and server has always been so great. We will continue to eat our and take out from this specific location. ♥️ Top notch service with a smile and delicious food.

I don’t know how this place has good reviews. I think I’ve had 2 good experiences here ever. Just left Red Robin so we could go eat somewhere else because the grill is down. If the grill isn’t down the service is terrible. Last time I came we waited and hour and a half because they “forgot” we were there because we were a large party. Red Robin is a waste of time and money.

First, we ordered food from grubhub for delivery. We ordered 2 whiskey river bbq wraps and a tavern burger. After 2 hours, we were still waiting on delivery. We blamed grubhub at first, so we ordered for pick up from the same location, same items. Waited for 30 min for food to be prepped. When it finally came out we noticed no wraps but 3 burgers instead. When we asked the to go server he, very rudely, attempted to explain they were out of the wraps. So, we got bbq chicken sandwiches instead. Tried to ask the employee for a refund and he walked away without helping. So, we called the manager of the location, told him the issue and told him we would not pay for the sandwiches we did not want. He apologized and said he would remove the items. 3 days later, I look at my account to find the manager did not remove anything from the order. Very poor service, very poor response and very rude employee. This will be the last time we try this location as its obviously under very poor management.

Red Robin is always good and this location is one of the best! The service is always quick and the food is always great

Your standard Red Robin. One thing that is nice about this location is that the wait times are really short even during their busy times. Their burgers are good however they have some strange combos of ingredients on some. But its good for adventure eaters

I'm so disappointed! I ordered online today at 6:02,with my pick up time for 6:30. Not only did I wait until 7:05,for my COLD food ( I'm sure it sat there for 30 minutes), but the MANAGER didn't even acknowledge his customers! There were several people waiting to pick up food,and nobody even got greeted,nobody was asked what he could do for them... he just walked away.Im an assistant manager of a restaurant and I KNOW that a quick "hello" goes a long way! He literally disappeared and was gone for 18 minutes. I saw people get seated and get their food before I did. Customer service is EVERYTHING but when that AND the food sucks. I've got to pick a different burger joint. You've lost a very faithful customer!

What a horrible dinner waitress asks as my daughter and I were all dressed up for a dance. “Are you guys doing something special?” I said yes and told her and then it went downhill from there. It took for ever for our food to get to us it’s bad when people who were seated after you get their food well before you do. I watched as several other tables not only got their food before us but were done eating and leaving before us. When we did get our food it was Luke warm at best and looked as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. When we finally were done eating I asked for a box and she walked by us twice before someone else brought us a box. Such a poor example of service tonight not sure what was going on but it will be awhile before we return to this Red Robin if ever or any.

I love Red Robin in general, and will continue to eat there. This time, though, the waitress came once for our drinks/order, once for our food, and once right after our food came out to see if everything was alright. Then she disappeared for the rest of our dinner. Never got a refill on our drinks, would have ordered dessert but left because we couldn't catch her eye, she never even passed our table. It's like now that we can pay at the table, they don't bother to check back. Other than that, good experience.

My first time to this location. Social distancing was in place, masks as well. They are well prepared to make your experience here comfortable during these difficult times. My waitress was very attentive and very pleasant. I had the most delicious Red Robin Classic Hamburger. I will be visiting this location again.

Well good thing I was hungry. A trip to Burger King would have tasted better. Dry overcooked patty and fifteen steak fries. Very underwhelming. My fiances burger was just as bad.

this is the second time I've done a to go order. good was completely not worth the money. 60 dollars for 2 people. boneless wings were gross, my burger was missing one of the patties, the onions on it were supposed to be crispy and instead were raw and not fresh. will not be going to this location again.

I do not recommend this place I don't think its the Quality as the other Red Robin burgers, We've always bought Red Robin because we love the burgers they are delicious but this place in Littleton literally made us sick to our stomachs yeah I do not recommend this place at all.

The staff did an excellent job of cleaning and were very responsive

They have been amazing during the stay at home order. They forgot to give us a few things in our order and easily refunded them with no question. Love this place!

Sarah was our wait person and she was awesome.Went there for there new burger selection. My choice was the Livin Fajita Loca. Got that with a side of clam chowder. The chowder was really really good, Sarah was awesome, but I wish my burger would’ve been warmer. I think I would go back to give it another try because the flavors were delicious

Okay for Casual Meal. Good, large cobb salad. Enjoyed the games on the tabletop, but didn't know there was a $1.99 entertainment fee until I got the bill. Not right!

Our server was good but the cleanliness was awful and we kept getting harassed by flies. We had to re wipe down our table and while trying to find a trash can found 3 employees standing around and talking. The floors were so sticky it was actually hard to walk. The food was nothing to write home about. We used to come here a lot and it was really great. It has been a while since we have been at this location but I'm not sure we will ever be back. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is for the server.

Tonight was a terrible experience. It was only my husband and I and it took over an hour to get in and out. We sat for 15 minutes until a waitress even acknowledged us. She took our drink order and said she was just helping out our waitress and she would be with us soon. Another 15 minutes goes by and finally our waitress shows up to take our order. 25 minutes later we both get our COLD burgers. No apologies. I finally had to ask for the bill since we have been done eating for a while now. Unbelievable

My Husband and I first came here on Friday January 25, 2020.. Ive been wanting a Mojito and have not been able to find a place in Colorado that makes a good one. The bartender here really makes good Mojitos and 2 different flavors and their hamburgers and Cobb salad are so delicious! I Went again a 2nd time, different Bartender and again I was very pleased! Place is also very clean, Thank you!
